Paige received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She completed her dietetic internship at New York University in Manhattan and is a licensed and registered dietitian. After graduation, Paige worked with community health centers in South Africa, specifically addressing the needs of impoverished breastfeeding mothers and their babies. In an effort to sharpen her culinary skills, she also earned a cooking certificate from New School of Cooking in Culver City, California.
Paige began her career as a registered dietitian with Emory Healthcare where she served as the nutrition program developer for the Emory Clinic. For over the last decade, her private practice has included individual nutrition counseling, cooking lessons with adults and children, meal preparation, and corporate health and wellness. In addition to speaking at numerous community events, Paige has also been featured as a nutrition expert on CNN and WebMD as well as in publications such as Healthier Atlanta magazine and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
