Nicole Rivera is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University in University Park, where she received a bachelor’s degree in bio-behavioral health. She holds a master’s degree in medical science through the physician assistant studies program at NOVA Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. During that time, she received the Physician Assistant Program Chancellor’s Award.
Nicole began her clinical career as a physician assistant at Woodpark Medical Center in Woodstock, Georgia. She has practiced in family, immediate care, internal, and emergency medicine. Most recently, Nicole worked as a physician assistant at Northside Family Practice in Woodstock. She is certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is nationally certified as an Emergency Medical Technician. She also holds certifications in basic and advanced cardiac life support.
