Areas of Interest

Originally from Buffalo, N.Y., Danielle is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, State University of New York where she received a bachelor’s degree in medical technology, graduating with highest honors. She earned a Master of Medical Science degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Fla., where she also graduated with highest honors.

Danielle began her career as a medical technologist at Highland Hospital in Rochester, N.Y., before she moved to Florida where she continued her work as a medical technologist at Bayfront Health Punta Gorda. She then served as the point of care and safety coordinator for Lee Health in Fort Myers. She previously worked as a physician assistant for Fort Myers Internal Medicine and the Millennium Physician Group in Cape Coral, and most recently served as a hospitalist physician assistant for the Lee Physician Group in Fort Myers.

Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Danielle is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA). She also holds certifications in basic and advanced cardiac life support, as well as a Clinical Laboratory Specialist certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

Danielle joined Gastroenterology Associates of Southwest Florida in 2024.

I was always interested in GI and did a GI rotation during PA school that I really enjoyed. After working in internal medicine and being exposed to all specialties I feel as though GI is the most interesting and the best fit for me as a health care provider.
