Areas of Interest

Alexis is a graduate of Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. She holds a Master of Health Science in physician assistant studies from South University in Savannah where she served as a student ambassador for two years.

While at Georgia Gwinnett College, Alexis worked in technical support service and volunteered as an office assistant at Clinica Alianza Latina and as a senator for the Student Government Association. She previously worked as a technical support generalist for Horizon Software International, LLC, and most recently served as a physician assistant at GI Specialists of Georgia.

She holds certifications in basic and advanced cardiac life support and joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2024.
