Rachael holds an associate’s degree in science from Hillsborough Community College in Plant City, Florida. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing through the adult-gerontology nurse practitioner program at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Rachael began her clinical career as a registered nurse in the emergency and radiology departments of a regional medical center in Florida. Most recently, she served as an advanced registered nurse practitioner for Lakeland Regional Health’s Walk-In Clinic.

A member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Rachael has also served as a volunteer for the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Kidney Walk Foundation. She is certified in trauma nursing, advanced cardiac life support, and basic life support.

Rachael joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2016.
